Compensation: Base pay (salary) + uncapped commission & spiffs

We are seeking an ambitious, customer-focused Water Well Pumping System & Treatment Sales Technician to join our growing team. In this hybrid role, you are far more than just an installation technician; you are a trusted advisor in the field. You will perform thorough diagnostics on residential water wells and filtration systems, educate homeowners by giving them structured options rather than ultimatums, and execute clean, high-quality installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Comprehensive system audits: Perform full-system health checks on water well setups (pumps, pressure tanks, control boxes) and water treatment equipment (softeners, iron filters, UV systems, RO units).
• Consultative option presentations: Conduct water quality tests and present structured “Good / Better / Best” options to homeowners on every service call using ServiceTitan.
• Flawless technical execution: Complete plumbing, electrical, and equipment installs to high trade standards with a strict focus on zero callbacks, zero leaks, zero compromise.
• Digital workflows: Maintain real-time job tracking, invoice creation, and mandatory before-and-after photo documentation on our software platform before leaving each job site.
• Customer service: Deliver 5-star service by clearly explaining equipment functions, keeping job sites spotless, and building long-term customer trust.

Qualifications & Skills

• Technical background: 2+ years of field experience in pump service, plumbing, electrical, or water filtration preferred (strong mechanical aptitude with a sales mindset will be considered).
• Communication & sales skills: Comfortable educating property owners, answering questions, and recommending necessary equipment upgrades without high-pressure tactics.
• Tech-savvy: Proficient in using mobile technology for job software and option presentation.
• Schedule availability: Able to work afternoon/evening shifts (until 8:00 PM) and rotating weekend coverage for emergency service calls.
• Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in varying weather and home conditions (crawl spaces, basements, etc.).
